Leading contract management software company, Concord, today announced the naming of Jochen Kleinknecht as its first Chief Operating Officer to oversee global operations, including: Sales, Customer Success, Marketing, Legal, and Finance. With a career marked by a depth of understanding in growing teams and scaling important business processes, Kleinknecht shares in Concord’s mission to help companies achieve scalability and efficiency by automating their most central process, contracts.
The addition of Kleinknecht supports continued momentum in 2020, and follows the expansion of the company’s domestic offices in Denver and the surpassing of 1 million customer contracts on Concord’s cloud-based platform.
“I am very excited about the opportunity that the CLM space represents,” said Kleinknecht. “While CLM software has been around for a few years, there hasn’t been widespread adoption and there is significant room for innovation. I think there is a great opportunity in the marketplace and with the talent on the Concord team, it was an easy personal choice for me.”
In this role, Kleinknecht will lead the entire go-to-market team, accelerating bookings growth and developing the marketing program. Prior to this position, Kleinknecht worked as the Head of Global Customer Operations for LinkedIn’s four lines of business, managing over 500 employees globally and 1.5 million customer cases annually. In addition, he led small business sales and product compliance enforcement teams with annual bookings of $60 million. He also previously led Business Operations for LinkedIn’s four lines of business.
Kleinknecht has worked in senior leadership positions for companies including NetApp, Juniper Networks, and the Boston Consulting Group, where he led executive-level engagements for leading private equity and Fortune 500 firms focusing on the high-tech and biotech industries.
